Message order which would be drop shipped direct from another vendor. I don't see IPP being in the business of stocking AMS parts. I'm sure Kyle recommened the MSP product from the get-go and the customer insisted otherwise.
Time to grow up and not expect Kyle to eat it just because the customer should have done his own homework and now has a case of buyers remorse (read cheap ass-ness)
The fact that AMS manifolds are Chinese made junk is not new information. The fact that you can buy them around AMS's mark-up through various eBay vendors just goes to support that reality. The "customer" got what they ordered - now they want a price match policy for it.
This one isn't on Kyle in the slightest from my perspective.
